ZMX acquires site with plans to break ground on a townhome rental development by mid-2021.

Nashville, November 13, 2020 - Bruce Most and Matt Hoiles of ZMX Inc., have partnered with Brandon Plunkett of Forbes Plunkett, LLC to acquire a 7.7-acre site located at 1022 S Graycroft Ave in Madison, TN.

The site is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, and borders one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods, East Nashville. The team plans to break-ground on approximately 65 townhomes by mid-2021 with financing provided by First Bank.

As rents in the downtown core have increased significantly over the past decade, outlying neighborhoods like Madison remain affordable to a wider range of household incomes. With limited new construction rental options in the area, the team are excited to deliver this project to the growing, Madison sub-market.

This acquisition comes as the team successfully closed on purchasing the neighboring 9-acre parcel at 620 W Due West Ave in October. The group plan to develop 220+ multi-family units, expecting to break ground by mid-2021.
