BRUCE MOST — PRESIDENT 

Bruce brings 29 years of construction, development and investment experience to ZMX. Since founding ZMX in 2012, Bruce has co-developed and/or constructed nearly 2,000 residential units (valued at almost $700 million), in Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods. Notable projects include: Northerly (297 Apartment units), The Yarra (69 for sale & rent Town Homes), East Trinity mixed-use/condominium development (283+ units), Madison Crest Apartments (78 apartment units) and 4th & Monroe (38 units) in hip Germantown.

MATT HOILES — SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

After a career in the private equity and management consulting industries, Matt transitioned to co-lead ZMX’s real estate development business in 2019. Matt is responsible for ZMX’s development, investment, and financing activities. His deep project-level financial and operational due diligence experience has been vital to building the trajectory of ZMX’s development business.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) and has a master’s in applied finance. In 2017, Matt moved to Nashville from New York City with his wife.

BEN AZZI — VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

Ben joined ZMX in 2015. Originally hired as a project coordinator after a career in music, he quickly assumed the Director of Operations position, managing a number of roles within the ZMX organization.

Responsible for sourcing new projects, communication with government entities, procurement, and contract budget creation, Ben has become vital to ZMX’s operation, facilitating growth and new opportunities for the company.

Ben moved to Nashville in 2007 and has a Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University.

COREY GULLEY — GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Corey joined ZMX in 2022 as the Company's General Superintendent. Corey is responsible for the field operations both in day-to-day activities and structuring how ZMX projects are run and documented. Ensuring all projects are completed successfully in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

Corey put down roots in Nashville in 2013 with his dog, after traveling extensively around the country.  He brings 25 years of construction experience across a broad range of product types, including multifamily, mixed-use, restaurants, and fueling stations.
