Built by ZMX for M Cubed Development, 810 Jefferson St. is a townhome-style, boutique hospitality product featuring 35 units, each with unique layouts. Designed by Powell Studio, each unit includes Bento cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and eclectic finishes. 

Located approximately one mile from downtown, guests can easily walk to local eateries, the State Capitol Building, historic Germantown and much more. The prominent Southern facade of 810 Jefferson St. features exceptional, one of a kind views of Nashville’s ever growing skyline.
